When you place an order, it's shipped directly from the supplier to the address you provided at the time of purchase. This direct shipping model provides a greater variety of items, but delivery times may vary depending on logistical factors.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

  • 🚧 Possible delays in customs or customs processes;

If customs hold occurs in Brazil, the release time is not considered within the estimated delivery time.

📍 Order Tracking

The tracking code will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation. In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately.

💳 Payment via Boleto

For orders placed with a bank slip , the time between payment and clearance can take up to 5 business days . The shipping time begins after payment confirmation.

If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the suppliers .

After verifying and confirming logistical issues, we will immediately refund your purchase in full .
