Exchanges and Returns

At FlynxStore , your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair exchange, return, and refund policy based on the following criteria:

📦 Accepted reasons for return or refund

  • Defective or damaged product: send detailed photos or videos for analysis.
  • Incorrect product: If you received an item that is different from the one you ordered, we offer an exchange at no additional cost.
  • Product not received: after 45 business days without delivery, you can request a refund.
  • Product significantly different from description: in case of visible discrepancy, please send evidence (photos or videos).

📨 How to request a return or refund

Send an email to suporte@flynxstore.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, stating:

  • Order number
  • Reason for request
  • Photos or videos that prove the defect, error or discrepancy

After review and approval, our team will provide return instructions (where applicable) or begin the refund process.

🔁 Exchanges due to defects or shipping errors

If the product is defective or sent incorrectly after the 7-day period, the request can be made within 90 days of receipt .

Submit your CPF, order number, product, and defect description for analysis. The quality department will evaluate the case and authorize the exchange if appropriate.

✅ Available options

  • Full refund
  • Sending a new product identical to the one purchased
  • Sending a product of similar value
  • Issuing a coupon for use on future purchases

📋 Return conditions

The product must be in perfect condition, with original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Customized products will only be exchanged or refunded in case of shipping error or manufacturing defect.

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used:

  • Credit card: refund within 7 business days; credit may take up to 120 days to appear on your statement, depending on the provider.
  • Checking account: refund within 10 business days, only for accounts with the same CPF as the purchase.

⚠️ Important notices

  • Products returned without prior authorization or after the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Items returned without a label, invoice or with discrepancies will be returned to the customer.
  • Rejected exchanges will be returned via Sedex collect, with shipping paid by the customer.
